If you were lying awake, wondering if you'd ever see Jane Birchfield again, I'm happy to say she'll be busy on a case again before too long!
I won't say any more because you may not have read the four book series, but let's just say that a lot has changed since she went Beneath the Surface almost a year ago.
I'm still smiling from all the positive feedback, reviews and ratings the books have generated since Every Reason was published in 2016.
Since then, Jane has appeared in Whatever It Takes, Retribution, and Beneath the Surface.
It's fair to say she's had a tough time: and not just solving murders. Her relationship with Allan has been almost as challenging as catching criminals.
Anyway, the good news is that I have begun plotting out Jane's next challenges.
